Hui Ning is currently a University Recruiter at Visa where she recruits the brightest young talent for Visa’s graduate and intern programs in the APCEMEA region. Starting out her career at Towers Watson 4 years back as a Recruiting Coordinator and gradually moved to the campus space, Hui Ning is passionate about gaining insights to what makes millennials and the generation beyond ticks. In her free time, Hui Ning enjoys spending time with her family and picking up new skills (on route to get her driver’s license!).
Isabella is currently the Head of Graduate Recruitment and Development for Noble Resources International. She is responsible for managing the attraction, selection and development of Noble's trainees. Before Noble, Isabella worked for Deutsche Bank in Singapore where she was the Regional Head of Graduate Recruitment, responsible for shaping, refining and delivering their global graduate recruitment strategy in Asia Pacific.
Isabella is a 'true-blooded' graduate recruitment professional with over 15 years of international graduate recruitment experience in Europe, Middle East & Africa and Asia Pacific. Isabella first cut her graduate recruitment teeth with Clifford Chance in London, and further developed her career with Morgan Stanley, London Business School and Mayer Brown before moving to Singapore.
To remain sane and calm during the busy graduate recruitment cycles, Isabella enjoys kickboxing, pilates and travelling to historical locations, learning about the many rich and diverse cultures in this region. Isabella also nurtures a healthy obsession for elephants, and looks forward to her next volunteering holiday with these intelligent and gentle giants.
Sally is an established employer branding and marketing specialist, with a vast number of years and knowledge of the graduate life cycle. Staring out in London and working at a variety of advertising agencies along with some time in regional and trade media. She then came to Singapore with Alexander Mann Solutions over 4 years ago, and works in the Consulting practise delivering EVP’s, sourcing and digital strategies for a variety of clients. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her family and making the most of seeing as much of the region as possible.
As the APAC University Staffing Consultant for Microsoft, Anna leads Microsoft’s graduate hiring and intern programmes across Asia Pacific. Prior to her relocation to Singapore, she gained her experience in the UK and Australia within recruitment (graduate), outplacement, coaching and training. Her free time is dedicated to her family and pursuing their shared passion of sailing and travelling, experiencing new countries and cultures.
Emma is an Employer Brand and Marketing Specialist with 10 years' experience on both the agency and client side in Singapore, and the UK. Currently responsible for the Employer Brand strategy and execution across the APAC region for Deutsche Bank - her skills lie in identifying and developing a compelling employer value proposition and then engaging talent through targeted communications. Sufie is constantly on the lookout for high potential young talents in Southeast Asia as a recruiter for the APAC University Staffing Consultant in Microsoft. With a focus on university relations, she is responsible for planning out the engagement strategies with universities and student organisations in the region. Her passion for youth development, community work and travelling has encouraged Sufie to trot across most of Europe and Asia in pursuit of travelling opportunities for a cause.
