Colette Vogel – Senior Director of Employer and MBA Engagement, Foster School of Business, MBA Career Management
Colette Vogel is Senior Director of Employer and MBA Engagement at Foster School of Business. She has a doctorate in Adult Learning and Leadership from Columbia University and was formerly a Vice President at Citigroup where she led global talent development programs. As a member of the University of Washington's Resiliency Lab, she developed coaching models for building resilience and managing uncertainty. She directs the UW/Foster MBA mentor program intended to build leadership identity and promote a growth mindset culture.
