Tell us a little bit about yourself I have over 10 years’ experience working within the recruitment industry across the UK and APAC. I have previously worked for recruitment agencies focussed on the Charity sector, but more recently I have been heading up FDM’s Graduate Recruitment team across the APAC region. |

How did you 1st get into the Early Talent industry? Quite honestly by chance! I was recruited by FDM for a completely different role but there was a need for someone to focus on recruitment which I was more than happy to take on. Since 2019 I have led the team to grow our graduate recruitment intake by 187%. |

What do you most love about your job? We start and grow careers for graduates who are passionate about the tech industry. The best thing is you don’t have to have studied a tech degree. I love that we are able to help candidates get into the industry if they have the passion and aptitude to succeed on our programmes. |

Tell us something about you outside of work? I love socialising with my friends, going out for dinners and drinks. I enjoy cycling, running and playing tennis too when I’m not indulging in food! |
